Terminal 2

Proceed to Door 5, cross to the middle curb.

Terminal 3

Proceed to Door 9 and cross to the middle curb.

Terminal 4

Proceed to Door 7 on the north side and cross to the middle curb.

Note: Wine green and yellow colored bus. Availability- 5:30 am to 10:30 pm. Shuttle available on call basis. Call (480) 966-2800 and hit option 2 for the front desk after collecting the luggages.

Exit door 5 North. Cross to the center median and look for the “courtesy shuttle” sign.

Terminal 3

Exit door 5 North, Cross to the center median and look for the “courtesy shuttle” sign.

Terminal 4

Exit door 7 North, Cross to the center median and look for the “courtesy shuttle” sign.

Note: Call 480-967-9431 after you arrive and collect your luggage. The pickup location and time based on your terminal. Avialble 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Hyatt Place Tempe

Pickup location changes based on flights and terminals. Call 480-804-9544 after arrival and have the luggage and then staff will communicate the pickup location and time based on your terminal.

Note: Airport shuttle runs from from 5am – 11pm.

Moxy Phoenix Tempe/ASU Area

Note: There is no shuttle service. But they provide complementary uber service for airport pickup. Call (480) 968-3451 and hit number 2 after collecting the baggage. Moxy will book uber and give the information about the driver and vehicle.

Pick up on Outer curb. Exit door 5 and proceed across street in outer curb under sign for courtesy and prearranged vehicles.

Terminal 3

Pick up on North curb. Exit door 5 and proceed across street in outer curb under sign for courtesy and prearranged vehicles.

Terminal 4

Pick up on North curb. Exit door 7 and proceed across street in outer curb under sign for courtesy and prearranged vehicles.

Proceed to Door 5 and cross to courtesy shuttle.

Terminal 3

Proceed to Door 9 north side and cross to outer curb.

Terminal 4

Proceed to Door 7 cross to the center curb past the taxi stand and you will see shuttle buses picking up there.

Note: The shuttle van is purple and says Residence Inn on the side.
